How to raise self-esteem?


Are you confident enough in yourself?

Write down your goals, dreams and desires with as much detail. Then prioritize them and start working on the first goal by breaking it down into small, achievable steps. Every day your list of goals and steps, until it has become a new habit. Highlight and celebrate each achievement.

Be proactive
Do not wait for things to happen, instead themselves to make things happen. Encourage motivation and determination imagining what it will look like when you have achieved what you have planned.Let other people know your plans and how they can help you in achieving them.

Make sure that each person feels like it's important
High self-esteem means feeling good about yourself. By helping others to feel good will prompt your confidence and help the others to feel significant, over time you will see amazing results in their lives and in their lives.

Hang out with the right people
Sometimes you need to improve your circle of influence. Join the clubs or organizations such as the Lions, Kiwanis, etc.. where you will find successful, confident people. Good social contacts can help you in business.

Find balance in your life
