Magic recipe for happiness


As a recipe for a tasty dish, a mix of some vital ingredients that contribute to happiness. Happiness is a mental state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from pleasure to intense joy. True happiness is a blend of the following ingredients:



First Positive thinking.
Positive thoughts lead to positive emotions and positive attitude. Be happy, be safe, and hope. So you act enthusiastic. When your thoughts are dark, you feel depressed. I think there is a lot of hope for life, or reluctant to take action. It is quite enough to remember the joy, happiness, to be happy and to live happily.

Second Enjoy what you are doing at all times.
Happiness is in the moment. It is here and now, not in the distant future. Way to enjoy every moment of your life is to pay attention to what you are doing. Enjoy life, or find interest in it. Pay attention to the road when you drive, eat slowly - enjoy the food, enjoy the smile of nice people and do not do anything else. Do it for your heart and soul. When you're kidding, forget the job, you must be relaxed and think of was at the time.

3rd Doing well and feel great.
Do good to others to feel good. You do not have to be able to do anything in life but can do little to improve the mood of the other person. A dash of kindness is felt in the long run. It's just a smile, a compliment, the word "thank you" and others.

4th The attitude of gratitude.
Focus on what you have, and be grateful for that, because that gratitude is one of the ingredients of happiness. Expressing gratitude through writing the words 'Thank you' is just one way to happiness.

5th Meaning in life.
It's like a strong idea, something you want to do, and what makes you do it. It is very important to you. If you do not know what you want and what is the point of your life, ask yourself: "What do you want people to remember about you?" Happiness is getting a sense of life and work in this sense.

6th Regular exercise.
The essence of life revolves around the movement. The aim of the exercises is to be energetic, lively, brisk, always on the alert, and there is an urge in you to take action and to do good things.

7th Bollywood.
Happiness is in a relationship and be connected with family, friends and relatives. You must be connected to love and nurture community. Love leads to peace and contentment at home. Do you love someone you care about and always looking for the good in others. On the other hand when you fill your heart with hatred, anger and jealousy, you will be deeply disturbed and unhappy.
