Living in the past, perfectionism and control of all toxic principles which give better if you want to live life to the fullest and fulfill all their expectations 

Persistence is a virtue, but sometimes needs to apply different tactic and give up the things you can not control. People cling to some of their principles that they just miserable life and cause distress and suffering. Stop this bad practice today and your life will be easier and happier.
