How to beat feeling blue?

If you are feeling depressed try these few tips will definitely feel better and improve your physical condition.



Go for a massage
Aromatherapy massage not only relieves the tension, scented oils help in eliminating the feeling of depression. If you can not afford a massage, pour a few drops of lavender oil in the bath water. Jasmine enhances mood and relieve the body from anxiety. Rose is soothing and acts as an antidepressant and helps to alleviate headaches.

Get out of the house

If you can not leave the house or on the job, try to sit as close to the window or at least stay lit rooms because only sunlight can be very important for your mood.

Spend time with friends and family
Go out with friends for a coffee or a concert. You do not have to talk too much, I stay in a circle of nice people will cheer you up. In the circle of friends you can sit back and laugh, and we all know that laughter relieves stress. Laughter reduces the secretion of cortisol, a stress hormone, and simultaneously increases immunity.

Eat right
You do not have to eat only healthy foods, but inattention and eating the wrong foods can lead you in a bad mood. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and caffeine because even give you energy, later causing anxiety and tension.
